  • SARAH WOOD

    Coach

    • Cert III in Fitness

She has been with Hypegym from the beginning! A coach, a regular in our classes and often with her phone in hand capturing content for our social media.

Sarah’s life has been full of sport and activity from a young age; a swimmer, netballer and horse rider in her younger years, then finding a love of CrossFit in her early 20s.

With a busy professional career outside of coaching, Sarah strongly believes regular and consistent movement has been the key to maintaining a healthy mind and body throughout the most challenging times at work over the last 10+ years.

Landing in Tasmania in 2020, Sarah felt it was a great opportunity to further share her love of movement by officially becoming a Coach and getting her Cert III.
