Strength session is designed to improve overall strength and build muscle using progressive overload to increase the weight you can lift. We build from lighter weights and higher reps to refine technique, before adding more weight and lower reps over the course of the working block. Strength is run in 12-week blocks with a 3-day split, full body, upper and lower which alternates each block to maintain variety and stimulus.
